Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, PT, PF filing, TDS, Taxation, and Payroll, and be proficient in Tally Prime and Bank Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.

• Prepare financial documents such as Proforma Invoices, Bills, Sales Invoices, and Purchase Orders.

• Perform Bank Statement Reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and update all transactions in Tally Software.

• Handle monthly GST and TDS filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• Perform monthly accruals and assist in preparing financial statements.

• Reconcile customer account statements and follow up for outstanding payments.

• Manage payroll processing and maintain employee records in compliance with legal policies.

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.

• Participate in team coordination and recruitment support when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles.Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.Good knowledge of GST, PT, PF, TDS, and Taxation.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Salary: As per industry standards
