Job Description As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals. This is a high-impact role suited for energetic professionals who are passionate about technology and client communication. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and online research. Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline information. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to drive customer acquisition. Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships for future opportunities. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (Freshers welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic understanding of IT/software services is a plus. Highly motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic.
