Accountant

We are looking for a responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax-related data
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Maintain cash book and monitor cash flow
• Assist in audits and provide required documents
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow-up on receivables
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax laws
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing/trading company
• Knowledge of payroll processing
• Basic knowledge of compliance and audits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
