CNC Router & CNC Laser Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Router and CNC Laser machines for cutting, engraving, and shaping acrylic, MDF, ACP, plywood, sunboard, and other signage materials.
• Use CorelDRAW, ArtCAM, and AutoCAD to prepare simple designs and convert them into machine files.
• Load materials, set machine parameters, check alignment, and make sure the job is cut properly.
• Work on acrylic letters, glow-sign boards, LED signage parts, display boards, and other fabrication items.
• Check sizes, quality, and finishing of all cut pieces before handing them to the production team.
• Do basic machine maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, and checking tools or lenses.
• Report any machine issue immediately to the supervisor.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company rules and complete daily work on time.

Requirements:

• Experience in CNC Router or CNC Laser machine operation (both preferred).
• Basic working knowledge of CorelDRAW, ArtCAM, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to understand basic drawings and measurements.
• Experience in signage, acrylic fabrication, or display production is a big advantage.
• Must be hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
