Job Title: Accounts Executive (GST, TDS & Income Tax)Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive with strong hands-on exposure in Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances. This is a long-term, stable position requiring independent handling of statutory work and regular coordination with government departments.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
• Ability to independently manage statutory filings and departmental matters

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Reporting

• Day-to-day accounting using accounting software
• Ledger scrutiny, reconciliation, and support in finalisation of accounts
• Preparation of MIS reports and compliance-related data

GST Compliance

• Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9
• GST reconciliation (Books vs Returns)
• Filing of GST refund applications
• Handling GST notices and departmental follow-ups
• Liaison with GST officials as and when required

TDS & Income Tax

• Calculation and timely payment of TDS
• Filing of E-TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
• Filing of Income Tax Returns
• Computation and payment of Advance Tax
• Handling income tax notices and follow-ups on the income tax portal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
