Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additional tasks include preparing and reviewing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with project finance. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and adherence to ethical standards in all financial dealings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with auditing and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in managing tax-related matters and compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Skills in financial analysis, project finance, and management support services
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA qualification preferred
• Experience in the accounting industry or with a CA firm is a plus
