Accountant

Job Title: Accountant Location: Makarpura, Vadodara Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years (preferred) Industry: Manufacturing / Laser Machinery / Engineering Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, quotation generation, stock maintenance, and tracking financial records. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting software, possess strong organizational skills, and be capable of working independently with accuracy. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and issue invoices and quotations for customers as per company pricing and tax norms. Maintain accurate records of all sales and purchase transactions. Monitor and manage stock levels of machines, spares, and consumables. Record and reconcile all expenses, incomes, and bank transactions. Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit/loss and stock summary. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for timely billing and delivery updates. Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (if applicable). Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and follow up on payments. Assist in preparation of budget forecasts and audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. Proven work experience in accounting or a similar role (1–3 years preferred). Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, or other accounting tools. Knowledge of GST and invoice formats. Basic understanding of inventory management. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or trading company. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate or within 30 days
