Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview:

HB REALTY INDIA is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to handle the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for data entries, compliance, taxation, financial reporting, and daily bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records including vouchers, entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

• Manage accounts up to finalisation – Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance.

• Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Prepare and assist in internal & external audits.

• Manage share accounting and investment records.

• Track and record daily expenses, petty cash, and payments.

• Prepare monthly salary chart, payroll processing, and compliance (PF/ESIC).

• Handle bank reconciliation statements and coordinate with banks.

• Prepare and file returns, invoices, and financial statements as per requirements.

• Monitor receivables & payables, vendor payments, and client billing.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Support management in preparing MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred).

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.

• Ability to handle accounting independently up to finalisation.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
