â Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
â Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports
â Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws
â Support internal and external audits and ensure implementation of audit recommendations
â Monitor and manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital
â Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
â Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions
â Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations
â Support in developing and implementing accounting systems, processes, and controls
â Mentor and guide junior team members
