Accountant

Position: Accountant (CA Firm – Kaushambi, Ghaziabad)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

About Us

A dynamic Chartered Accountant firm based in Kaushambi is seeking an experienced Accountant with strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail to join our growing team. You’ll play a vital role in financial reporting, compliance, and client services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows) in compliance with accounting.
• Manage full suite of accounting functions: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries.
• Conduct audits and internal control checks for both clients and firm operations .
• Handle direct and indirect tax compliance: GST, TDS, income tax returns, and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Monitor client budgets, forecasts, and financial variances; provide analytical insights
• Ensure adherence to ICAI’s code of ethics and professional standards.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, regulatory authorities, and assist in filings and audits.
• Liaise with clients, guiding on accounting best practices, compliance updates, and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CA Inter/CA Final (preferably ICAI-qualified) with at least 5 years’ experience in a CA firm, handling audit, taxation, and financial reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
• Strong technical expertise in accounting standards, GST, TDS, income tax, and audit frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail, high level of integrity, and sound communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho).
• Experience with M&A, due diligence, or forensic accounting.
• Familiarity with RBI/FEMA regulations.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Saturday(9 am–6 pm)
• Office-based role at Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.
