Accountant

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations including purchase and sales order creation, invoice management, compliance activities, and payment coordination.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent Excel proficiency, and practical knowledge of Tally/ERP systems.The candidate will also support the finance and sales teams with MIS reporting and payment follow-ups to ensure smooth financial operations.

PO/SO Creation

Accurate and timely creation of Purchase Orders and Sales Orders

Invoice Management

Generate invoices as per company and statutory standards

Compliance

GST, TDS, and other statutory filings

Vendor/Customer Payment Follow-ups

Ensure timely collections and payments

MIS Reporting

Pending payments and reminders to Sales team

Banking

Bank reconciliation and transaction management

Tally/ERP

Record accounting entries and maintain ledgers

Month-end/Year-end Closing

Assist in closing activities

Coordination

Work with teams to ensure smooth financial operations

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong accounting knowledge

· Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)

· Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP

· Banking knowledge and reconciliation

· Good communication & follow-up skills

· High accuracy and integrity

Qualifications & Experience

· B.Com (mandatory)

· 1–2 years relevant accounting experience

· FMCG/distribution experience is a plus

Pay: ₹9,868.96 - ₹42,766.75 per month
