Accountant

As an Accountant at our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall financial well-being of the company. Your expertise in financial analysis, proficiency in Tally accounting software, and solid grasp of accounting principles will be key assets in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update financial records and ledgers. - Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements. - Reconcile bank statements and oversee daily cash flow. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations such as TDS, GST, and income tax. - Facilitate internal and external audits by supplying necessary documentation. - Monitor and manage company expenses effectively. - Keep track of fixed assets and maintain depreciation records. - Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and vendors as needed. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience working as an accountant or in a similar capacity. - Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. - Sound knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: - B.Com Graduate / CA Inter or semi-qualified CA preferred. - Experience in the Trading industry would be advantageous.
