Job Title: Accountant Location: Bangalore, Bellandur Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1+ year (preferably in accounting/finance roles) About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records. Prepare and verify financial statements, ledgers, and accounts. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Maintain proper documentation and organized financial files. Generate reports as required by management. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar). Advanced MS Excel skills. Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in GST filing and compliance. Knowledge of TDS, payroll processing, and statutory laws.
