Currently available on Swiggy Instamart, Firstclub, Nature's Basket, and our website, we’re on a mission to make mindful snacking accessible and delicious. We’re now looking for an Operations Executive who can ensure our products reach warehouses and customers fresh, fast, and fuss-free. What You'll Do Manage daily quick commerce operations across platforms (Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.). Coordinate with warehouse & logistics partners for smooth order flow and on-time deliveries. Track inventory, replenishments, and stock accuracy across channels. Monitor dispatches and ensure SLA adherence for quick commerce orders. Resolve operational hiccups (damaged orders, cancellations, delays) swiftly. Maintain dashboards & reports for daily/weekly operational performance. Work closely with the Peri’s Bakehouse team to ensure seamless customer experience. Who You Are: Experience: 1 year+ in D2C logistics / quick commerce logistics. Strong understanding of order management, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
