Accountant

Location: Tirupur (Relocation from Rajasthan required)

Job Description:
Garment mantra Lifestyle Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The candidate will handle accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accurate financial management. This is an on-site role in Tirupur, and candidates will need to relocate from Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and journals accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including cash flow statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper records of all transactions.
• Support payroll processing and related accounting entries.
• Assist in preparation for audits and coordinate with auditors as required.
• Track expenses, manage petty cash, and ensure proper documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations.

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Junior Accountant or similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Tirupur from Rajasthan.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with garment/apparel industry accounting is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
