Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a UK Accountant. The primary responsibilities include managing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial statements, handling payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations. The role further involves VAT and tax return preparation, account reconciliations, and interacting with clients to address financial queries. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Reconciliation skills, with familiarity in handling UK-based accounts
• Knowledge of VAT compliance, Taxation, and Payroll processes
• Proficiency in Accounting software and tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
• Attention to detail, time management, and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in UK accounting standards and regulations is highly preferred
