QUALIFICATION: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance. CMA Intermediate Passed is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the complete financial and accounting operations of Fiow Mart Shopping Mall. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of professional accounting experience and should possess strong knowledge in financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, reconciliation, audit procedures, and overall accounts management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Final Accounts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements with accuracy.

Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations on a regular basis.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.

Manage stock accounting, purchase entries, expense control, and petty cash handling.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

Prepare cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting reports for management decision-making.

Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping as per company and statutory norms.

Work closely with management, purchase department, and operational teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Identify risks and implement corrective financial controls and process improvements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Taxation Laws, and Statutory Compliance.

Expertise in Tally / ERP Accounting Software / MS Excel.

Should handle complete finalization of accounts independently.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage and supervise junior accounting staff, if required.

Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION (ADVANTAGE):

CMA Intermediate Passed or equivalent professional certification.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
