Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor due payments from customers and vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear records.
Regularly update and reconcile bank statements to maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
Oversee stock updates in accounts, ensuring alignment between physical inventory and financial records.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
Support the Accounts Department in audits and internal financial reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce .
Proven work experience in finance, accounts, or controller roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, stock management, and bank reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or ERP systems.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
