Job Title: Accountant (Female Candidates Only) Location: Panvel, Maharashtra Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years Industry: Healthcare / Multispeciality Hospital Job Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting functions including billing, cash flow, and bank reconciliation. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Maintain and update ledger entries and financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage TDS, GST filings, and assist with statutory compliance. Coordinate with internal departments for budget tracking and financial clarity. Prepare and manage payroll records in coordination with the HR team. Liaise with external auditors during audits. Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and other accounting software. Understanding of hospital billing processes and insurance claims (preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical abilities.
