Accountant Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate financial records using TALLY accounting software.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Financial Transactions: Process day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Taxation Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws, including GST, TDS, and other relevant taxes. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and timely
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitored the Debtors & creditors accounts for timely receipts & payments, analyzing & approving Debit Note, Credit Note requests
• Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial record.
• Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate financial records in TALLY accounting software.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues with clients and vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the travel industry.

- Proficiency in TALLY accounting software.

- Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws, including GST and TDS.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Excel, Word

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
