Accountant Executive

As an Accountant, your role will involve managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in Zoho Books. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, invoices, ledgers, and related records. Additionally, you will support monthly and annual closing procedures and coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for documentation and compliance. It will be crucial for you to ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting norms. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in Zoho Books. - Prepare and maintain financial statements, invoices, ledgers, and related records. - Support monthly and annual closing procedures. - Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for documentation and compliance. - Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting norms. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce, or Finance. - Proficiency in Zoho Books (experience required). - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles. - Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills. - Minimum 12 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
