Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Handle GST returns , TDS calculations , and other statutory filings. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow . Perform bank reconciliations , manage accounts payable and receivable . Maintain and update general ledger and ensure proper record-keeping. Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting. Expert-level proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is a must. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax , and basic payroll compliance. Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Ability to join immediately . Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings, event sales, and banquet business. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and OTA partners. Manage RFPs, group bookings, and long-term corporate accounts. Monitor market trends and competitor performance to adjust pricing and promotional strategies. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
