Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller

Immediate Joining

The Telecaller is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound calls related to reservations, guest inquiries, promotions, and customer support. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to provide accurate information about resort services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from guests regarding room availability, booking procedures, pricing, and resort facilities.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, promotions, and guest feedback.
  • Process reservations and update the booking system accurately.
  • Provide information on resort services, packages, events, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate guest requests with the front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
  • Resolve guest queries and escalate complaints when necessary.
  • Promote resort offers, seasonal packages, and upgrades to maximize sales.
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional communication manner at all times.
  • Prepare and maintain call logs, reports, and reservation records.
  • Assist with check-in/check-out queries over the phone.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service (preferably in hospitality).
  • Excellent verbal communication in English and local languages.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle high-call volumes.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation software).
  • Pleasant voice and positive attitude.

Work Environment

  • Office or front-desk-based role within the resort.
  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Additional Requirements (optional)

  • Knowledge of reservation systems (IDS, Opera, etc.).
  • Ability to upsell rooms and packages.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
