Accountant Executive

Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role involves handling daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain all financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Maintain Inward and outward stock management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier, and customer ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
• Manage payroll entries, expense reports, and reimbursements.
• Assist in preparing tax returns, GST/VAT filings, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare reports for management regarding financial performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times.
• Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (depending on position level).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
