Proven experience as a VMC machine operator. Experience on Control like HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc. Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters as well as precision measurement tools. Knowledge of G Code - M Code. · Prepare daily production report. · Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM. · Knowledge of GD&T. · Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts. · Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill. Good communication abilities. A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach. Positive attitude. Willingness to learn new things. Readiness for any work or operation. Process Sheet Understanding. Job Description : · Maintaining each parts defined safety stock at store and taking follow up to supplier (local supplier) for the same. · Keeping material on its identified location. · Ensure that any vehicle should not get delay for unloading. · Taking part in inventory control & mismatch activity · Ensuring physical v/s system stock should match · Making general items PO independently and ensure the material should receive from supplier before need by date mentioned in PO. · Update the all Stock & all Inward Outward check sheet. · Responsible for Receiving, provide material In-process & Final Assembly.
