Accountant Executive

Position Summary

The Junior Accountant supports the finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This role ensures compliance with company policies and accounting standards while supporting senior accounting staff in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist senior accountants and finance managers with routine accounting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience (preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
