Accountant Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.

• Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Prepare and verify financial statements, ledgers, and accounts.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements regularly.

Manage GST, TDS calculations, filing, and compliance.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and expense tracking.

Prepare financial reports for management review.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of all accounting records.

Support audits by providing necessary reports and documentation.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting (freshers may be considered for junior roles).

Good knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic financial compliance.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Good communication and time-management abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
