Khadkeshwara Farms & Foods Pvt. Ltd. – Feed Mill Plant Position: Accountant cum Data Entry Operator, Job Opening Location: Hubli, Devanahalli, Kolar Karnataka . Job Description 1. Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities: Record Daily Purchase, Sales, Expenses, and Journal Voucher transactions Update all accounting entries in Tally ERP / ERP System Prepare Cash & Bank Reconciliation Check vendor bills and follow up for payments Handle petty cash and prepare related reports Prepare monthly Purchase Summary, Expense Reports, Ledger Reconciliation Track GST input/output and prepare basic GST workings Maintain GRN, Purchase Orders, and Material Inward documentation Data Entry & Store Coordination: Enter daily raw material inward/outward data (Maize, Soy DOC, Rice Bran, etc.) Update finished goods (feed bags) production and dispatch data Maintain production registers Maintain stock registers – Raw Material & Finished Goods Update daily MIS data in the ERP system Prepare dispatch challans, gate passes, and delivery documents Coordinate with Store In-charge for data cross-checking Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Maintain feed mill operational data (Production, Consumption, Yield) Maintain vendor and transporter documentation Keep all audit-related documents properly organized 2. Skills Required: Good knowledge of Tally ERP / ERP systems and MS Excel Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Experience in Feed Mill / Production / Manufacturing industry preferred Fast and accurate data entry skills Strong documentation and reporting ability Good team coordination skills 3. Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance 4. Salary: As per company norms. 5. Additional Requirements: Good time management Ability to multitask Willingness to work as per feed mill shift timings
