Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions and compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage all accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger using Tally ERP .● Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.● Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.● Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.● Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all regulations.● Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budget reports.● Utilize Microsoft Excel to create financial reports, analyze data, and perform complex calculations.● Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.● Liaise with our financial team and auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.● Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.● Expert proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.● Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.● Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation processes.● In-depth knowledge and practical experience with GST registration, filing, and compliance.● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
