At Brainstorm Force, a leading product-based IT company, we are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team at our Pune office (Pimpri). This role is open to candidates with 1 to 4+ years of accounting experience — whether you are just starting out or already bring senior-level expertise, we’d love to connect with you.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 4+ years of accounting experience
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or CA Inter / Appeared
• Experience in a CA firm or Software/IT industry preferred
• Knowledge of Accounting, GST, and TDS is required
• Communication skills: basic to good
• Own two-wheeler preferred (for local travel if required)
• Work Location: Pimpri, Pune (Near Ashok Talkies)
• On Brainstorm Force payroll
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am – 6:30 pm)

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP (Accounting Principles)
• Experience in GST and TDS return filing
• Knowledge of Salary Processing and TDS for salaried employees
• Strong skills in MS Office and accounting software
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Finalisation of Accounts, Audit, or SaaS companies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare financial statements, final accounts, and coordinate annual audits
• Handle GST and TDS working, return filing, and compliance
• Manage salary processing and TDS calculations for employees
• Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and support budget preparation
• Suggest and implement improvements in accounting systems and procedures
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Support management with accurate financial insights and reporting
