Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can independently handle accounts, taxation, and statutory compliance with 100% accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, GST filings, payroll processing, and cost center accounting using Tally.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally (entries, vouchers, ledgers).
• Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and filings.
• Manage payroll processing, salary calculations, and statutory deductions.
• Ensure 100% compliance with taxation and statutory requirements.
• Handle TDS, returns, and related reconciliations.
• Maintain cost center accounting and project-wise expense tracking.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks when required.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, outstanding statements, and MIS.
• Ensure timely compliance with all government regulations and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in accounting and taxation (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory).
• Practical knowledge of GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in payroll management and salary processing.
• Good understanding of cost centers and expense tracking.
• High attention to detail and strong compliance discipline.
