Description
You will be responsible for handling the day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Xero software. This includes scanning, uploading, and accurately inputting invoices, reconciling bank statements, credit card transactions, and supplier accounts. You will also be in charge of maintaining financial records, ledgers, and journals, preparing financial summaries, and assisting with monthly reports. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK VAT and financial regulations will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will need to communicate effectively with UK-based management and external accountants, as well as keep digital records organized, backed up, and easily accessible.
