Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, your role involves preparing and presenting detailed sales and financial reports, including analysis of sales performance metrics and KPIs. You will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, manage balance sheets, and profit/loss statements. Additionally, you will perform various reconciliations such as bank, stock, and general ledger accounts. Your responsibilities also include computing taxes, preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws related to sales, and managing and preparing commission reports for salespeople. You will play a key role in ensuring that all financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Collaborating with sales, IT, and finance teams is essential to ensure accurate financial processes, particularly around revenue recognition. Qualifications and skills required for this role: - Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., Tally). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different departments. - Knowledge of tax laws and regulations. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications listed above, you will be working full-time with health insurance benefits provided. The work location for this position is in person.
