Position: Accounts Executive Location: Biocare Medical Systems,Saleem Nagar Colony, Moosarambagh,hyd-36 Gender: Female Candidate Only Experience: Min. 2 years in Accounting / Finance Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month Benefits: Food Provided Job Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounts department to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts). Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash. Prepare and review invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers. Maintain accurate and organized accounting files and records. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements. Assist with audits and preparation of documents required for auditing. Follow up with vendors and clients for payments and ledger reconciliation. Maintain confidentiality of financial and other sensitive information. Candidate Profile Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant stream. Min. 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in Tally, MS Office (Excel, Word), and other accounting software. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
