Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and reports.
• Track and reconcile event budgets, project costs, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate client invoicing and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and expense tracking for marketing and event projects.
• Support payroll preparation and staff reimbursements.
• Work closely with project managers to provide financial insights and budget updates.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and legal requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks when needed.
• Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or event management company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally Prime).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
