We are looking for a talented Event Visualizer / 3D Visualizer who can transform creative briefs into visually stunning and practical 3D event concepts. Key Responsibilities

• Create 2D layouts and 3D visualizations for events, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations.
• Develop stage designs, stalls, booths, venue layouts, and branding concepts based on client briefs.
• Collaborate with the creative, production, and client servicing teams to understand requirements and deliver design proposals.
• Produce high-quality renders that clearly communicate the event look and feel.
• Design branding elements, backdrops, signage, and collaterals in 2D for print and digital use.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are practical, buildable, and within budget constraints.
• Stay up to date with event design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Required Skills & Software Expertise

3D Design & Visualization Tools:

• SketchUp / 3ds Max / Cinema 4D (any of these)
• V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (for rendering)
• AutoCAD (for layouts and technical drawings)

2D Design Tools:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW (optional but useful)

Other Skills:

• Strong sense of space, color, lighting, and detail.
• Ability to translate ideas and briefs into visually compelling concepts.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer / Event Designer, preferably in an event or marketing agency.
• Portfolio showcasing event setups, booth designs, and 3D renders is required.
