Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journals).

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets.
  • Handle vendor and customer account reconciliation.
  • Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT filings and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and statutory filings.
  • Manage petty cash and bank transactions.
  • Process invoices, maintain books in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks or similar software.

HR Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee personal files.
  • Manage employee attendance, leaves, and payroll processing.
  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain statutory registers.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and maintain HR MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with management for performance evaluations and appraisals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Accounting and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, Payroll, and Labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
