Senior Flutter Developer (iOS and Android)

As a Senior Flutter Developer at our company based in Ernakulam, you will play a significant role in our mobile development team. Your primary responsibility will involve creating high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using Flutter. Collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams, you will contribute to the development of user-centric mobile apps that align with business objectives and enhance the overall user experience. Your key responsibilities in this role will include designing, building, and maintaining efficient Flutter code for both iOS and Android, collaborating with various teams to introduce new features, ensuring optimal performance and quality of applications, debugging and resolving performance issues, maintaining code quality and organization, and staying updated with the latest technologies to enhance development efficiency. You will also be tasked with translating designs into code, ensuring compatibility with different mobile OS versions and devices, writing tests for bug identification, and keeping abreast of emerging trends in mobile development. To be successful in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of mobile app development experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in Flutter and Dart. Proficiency in mobile architectures, design patterns, iOS and Android SDKs, and app submission processes is essential. Knowledge of native iOS or Android development, integration of third-party libraries and APIs, version control systems, and writing testable code are also required. Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and problem-solving skills are critical, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred skills for this position include experience with state management tools, backend technologies like Firebase and GraphQL, mobile analytics tools, Agile methodologies, push notifications, APIs, and app deployment processes.
