Shikshak Solutions empowers schools by providing end-to-end solutions for setting up STEM Labs, AI Labs, Robotics Labs, ICT Labs, and Smart Classrooms in alignment with NEP 2020 and the PM SHRI Scheme.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant and HR at Shikshak Solutions located in Gurugram. The role will involve managing financial records, payroll, and employee relations. The individual will be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Qualifications

  • Accounting, Finance, and Payroll Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Relevant certification such as CPA, CMA, SPHR, or SHRM-CP is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
