Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We’re building a brand that makes healthy eating fun, convenient, and delicious. Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Finance Executive to own and streamline our finance operations end-to-end. You’ll work closely with the founders to manage our books, compliances, and internal controls.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Accounting Daily transaction entries in Zoho Books Reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways (Razorpay, Instamart, Blinkit, etc.) Compliance & Taxation Prepare and close monthly GST filings  TDS reconciliation and coordination with vendors Month-End Closures Maintain P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements Month-end close and internal financial reporting Vendor & Receivables Management Track and follow up on receivables from gyms, modern trade, Q-com, and other partners Maintain vendor payment schedules and ageing reports Internal Finance Ops Manage employee reimbursements, petty cash, and credit card usage Cost tracking, and basic MIS Audit & Controls Ensure clean documentation of all financial transactions Support external audits and due diligence processes What We’re Looking ForB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA 1–3 years experience in startup finance or working with a CA firm Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and excited to grow in a high-speed startup Good to HaveExperience in FMCG or D2C brands Exposure to Quick Commerce or retail operations Why Join UsBe part of an early team building a high-growth consumer brand Work directly with founders and shape core business processes Grow with us as we scale rapidly in the next few quarters Interested candidates can drop their resume at hem@nugainwellness.in
