Job Title Accountant Executive – Apollo Clinic, Prince Anwar Shah Road (under Vasundhara Pharmacy Pvt. Ltd.) Location In‑person — Apollo Clinic, Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata. Salary ₹22,000 per month. Responsibilities Drawing from similar roles across the healthcare and clinic sector—especially those in hospitals, labs, or service-based businesses—this role typically encompasses the following: Financial Entries & Record-Keeping Record daily financial transactions: sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.  . Maintain accurate ledgers and update the general ledger.  . Accounts Payable & Receivable Process invoices and billings. Track and follow up on client or vendor payments.  Adzuna +1 . Bank & Reconciliation Tasks Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.  Financial Reporting Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows).  . Generate MIS reports and expense analyses.  . Compliance & Taxation Support Prepare and assist with filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.  . Audit & Documentation Assist in audit processes by providing documentation, supporting reconciliations, and ensuring internal control compliance.  . Software Proficiency & Tools Use Tally, accounting software, or spreadsheets effectively.  . Advanced skills in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting dashboards) are a strong plus.  . Required Qualifications & Skills Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related stream. Experience Preferably 1–3 years in accounting, preferably in clinics, healthcare, or services sector.  . Technical & Analytical Skills Proficiency with Tally or similar accounting software. Strong MS Excel skills. Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Soft Skills Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Ability to manage audit requests and financial data systematically.
