Job Title: Accountant – Finance & Inventory Control
Location: Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the financial transactions and inventory control of the company. This role will ensure accurate accounting, timely reporting, and efficient inventory reconciliation in coordination with relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:Finance & Accounting:

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and GST filings.
• Support audits and liaise with external accountants/auditors.
• Track expenses, budgets, and ensure proper documentation.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile stock records with physical counts.
• Work with the inventory/logistics team to ensure accurate inflow and outflow entries.
• Maintain inventory valuation and related entries in accounting software.
• Identify discrepancies and report issues for corrective action.
• Assist in forecasting inventory requirements based on sales trends.

Requirements:

• Preference for Experienced candidates in accounting and inventory handling (1–2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and inventory/ERP software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualities:

• Knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and inventory valuation methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
