Job Title: Delivery Driver Location: Kaloor Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to ensure timely, safe, and accurate delivery of goods to clients and partners. The ideal candidate will handle products with care, maintain delivery records, and support logistics and inventory coordination. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely and secure delivery of items to hospitals. Load, transport, and unload goods as per the delivery schedule. Maintain delivery documentation, including invoices, GRNs, and PODs. Handle medical implants/products with care and ensure they are intact during transit. Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams for delivery planning. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle. Follow all road and safety regulations during delivery. Report delivery status, delays, or issues promptly to the reporting manager. Requirements: Valid driving license (2-wheeler and/or 4-wheeler as per requirement). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a delivery/logistics role. Familiarity with local routes and basic GPS operation. Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate weight items. Ability to handle urgent or time-bound deliveries responsibly. Good communication skills and professional behavior with clients. Preferred Qualities: Experience in medical product delivery or similar high-value goods. Basic understanding of stock documentation and product handling. Willingness to travel across regions as required. Job Title: Accountant – Finance & Inventory Control Location: Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the financial transactions and inventory control of the company. This role will ensure accurate accounting, timely reporting, and efficient inventory reconciliation in coordination with relevant departments. Key Responsibilities:Finance & Accounting: Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and ledgers. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and GST filings. Support audits and liaise with external accountants/auditors. Track expenses, budgets, and ensure proper documentation. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and reconcile stock records with physical counts. Work with the inventory/logistics team to ensure accurate inflow and outflow entries. Maintain inventory valuation and related entries in accounting software. Identify discrepancies and report issues for corrective action. Assist in forecasting inventory requirements based on sales trends. Requirements: Preference for Experienced candidates in accounting and inventory handling (1–2 years preferred). Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and inventory/ERP software. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
