Job Description Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts in accordance with the requirements of Revised Schedule VI of Companies Act, 2013 including consolidated financials Preparation of Auditors Report in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. Preparing the Debtors outstanding report of HO and its Branches and take the follow up for payment with the salesperson. Ledger Scrutiny Verification of Export documentation Preparing the details required for Bank Inspection audit for OD facility Verifying the Cenvat Credit of GST Return Preparing and finalizing the details required by GST Audit Preparation & finalizing the details for assessment raised by the Income, Sales & GST Department at group level. Preparation & Filing of CS Compliance form (i.e. AOC4, MGT7, MGT7A and ADT1) on due dates. Key Skills: Good communication skills, working experience of Tally ERP, Tally Prime and MS Office. Working Experience on Excel Team Handling Experience- 5 to 8 Years Designation: Account Manager Location: Goregaon-Mumbai
