Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Gonda. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing school operations related to accounting, overseeing budgets, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. The individual will work closely with administrative staff to ensure compliance with financial policies, prepare regular financial reports, and support strategic planning. Additional tasks include managing vendor relationships, reconciling accounts, and organizing financial audits.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance management
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control strategies
• Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor and staff relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA or CPA are a plus
• Prior experience in education sector finance is preferred but not mandatory
