Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and computer peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve system and network problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in compliance with company security policies.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for system upgrades and equipment procurement.
Document incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
Support IT asset management including inventory tracking of hardware and licenses.
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and assist in implementing security measures.
Provide technical onboarding and IT orientation for new employees.
Assist in maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, including printers, routers, and servers.
Basic Desktop Support, CCTV installation and configuration, CAT 6 Cabling basic knowledge, Biometric attendance & Access control. etc
