Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will manage a team of accountants, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with statutory requirements, and support strategic decision-making through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Finalization of accounts and ensuring accuracy in all financial statements.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Coordinate audits and ensure timely completion of internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls and policies.
• Review and manage reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
• Budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Supervise and guide the team in handling invoicing, payments, and receivables.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth finance-related operations.
• Handle vendor and customer account settlements and credit control.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA/ICWA (Inter) preferred mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting software like Zoho Books / QuickBooks / SAP.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
