Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Dehradun. The Account Manager will lead and manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting processes, preparing financial statements, managing compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing business and tax advisory services. The role also involves fostering client relationships, supervising teams, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and tax frameworks
• Experience with client management and team leadership
• Proficiency in compliance, auditing standards, and financial regulations
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities relevant to business advisory and strategy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software, tools, and technology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Chartered Accountant qualification preferred)
• Previous experience in a professional services firm or similar environment is advantageous
