Job Description

As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager at REA India Pte. Ltd., your role involves accountability for the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for the region. You will be responsible for data management to ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and tracking other key parameters. Moreover, you will lead client acquisition campaigns and lead generation efforts to establish the company as a flagship brand for property services in the respective region. Your duties will also include ensuring service delivery accountability for client retention and references. Additionally, you will provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the marketing team to facilitate the launch of appropriate promotional and customer communication initiatives. Achieving targets in the designated areas, developing and maintaining databases, regular reporting, and follow-ups will be essential aspects of your role. This is a B2B frontline sales role where you will be mapping new projects and new builders in designated territories, acquiring new projects and builders to ensure coverage across the assigned territory, and achieving revenue and coverage targets. Qualifications Required: - A graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales. - Previous experience in real estate, e-commerce, or online business. - Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations. - Demonstrated passion for selling. - Possession of drive, resilience, and persistence.
