Job Description

1. Partner Onboarding & Certification

  • Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure seamless handover post-MoU signing.
  • Lead onboarding sessions with Training Partners covering operational protocols, compliance expectations, and system usage (MSU Partner Connect, SIDH).
  • Facilitate issuance of Training Partner Certificates in line with the MSU Partnership Certification Framework.
  • Ensure timely renewal, revocation, or interim certification in compliance with MSU policy.

2. Partner Account Management

  • Act as SPOC for assigned Training Partners for all operational, technical, and business queries.
  • Maintain up-to-date partner records, documentation, and communication logs in the MSU MIS.
  • Support TPs in completing SIDH registration, course activation, and batch scheduling processes.
  • Drive compliance with MSU branding, data reporting, and certification protocols.
  • Program & Curriculum Coordination
  • Liaise with the Academic team to ensure curriculum alignment with NSQF/NHEQF/NCrF frameworks.
  • Facilitate the review and approval of courses and qualifications on MSU ParterConnect/SIDH portals.
  • Support Training Partners in implementing approved assessment and certification processes.

5. Escalation & Grievance Management

  • Log and resolve operational grievances within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels as per the MSU escalation matrix.
  • Maintain accountability for partner satisfaction and timely resolution of all issues.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Academic, Technical, Finance, and MEL teams to ensure cohesive partner support.
  • Provide inputs for system enhancements and process optimization.
  • Participate in partner capacity-building initiatives and internal review meetings.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in operations, partner management, or skill development ecosystem (preferably with NSDC, universities, or SSCs).
  • Strong understanding of NSQF, NHEQF, NCrF, and MSDE/NCVET processes.
  • Experience with digital platforms like Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH), NAD, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MIS tools.
